Hotel Indigo Coventry, an IHG Hotel

Clean tidy,modern,nice touches like a small bottle of skimmed fresh milk,instead of nasty uht milkaswell as your usaul tea coffee, hot chocolte a nd apkt with some buscuits in. A free can of sparkling water,still water & fizzy orange. There are full size bottles of liquid soap,moisteriser & shampoo.I had a shower only,but there are the options of rooms with baths. Stay is personalised,when you switch on tv,-it has a welcome message saying welcome with your name on the screen with on screen instructions for heating air conditioning etc.Is close to station. Prices are very reasonable considering how stylish the hotel is. Staff are also freindly,will most definately stay again next time im in coventry.

Had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and very clean - and the bathroom was lovely. Rooms are decorated well. Also had one of the best nights sleep I think I’ve ever had, as the bed was super comfortable! Reception staff were lovely and asked if we wanted a room upgrade when arriving, for a cheaper rate than was advertised online. Got a call whilst in the room to advise the minibar was complimentary which was great. Also liked the fact that a day prior to the stay, I received a courtesy call from the staff at the hotel to ask what time I would be arriving, advise on using the car park (as it is off site) and ask whether we were staying for an occasion. Hotel is in a great location and will be staying here again!

I had such a lovely experience at Hotel Indigo Coventry. I booked the Lady Godiva room for a special event for 9 people, and from the very beginning the staff were incredibly helpful. Whenever I called with questions, they were patient and clear, making sure everything was explained properly so there were no surprises on the day. I was even able to extend my booking, which made the whole process so much easier. The venue itself is beautiful, an intimate and elegant space that was perfect for the event I wanted to host. I hired external decorators and they were able to come in and set everything up without any hassle. On the day, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure my guests were comfortable throughout. The food was also genuinely really good. The starters were top tier especially the crispy squid, which some of my guests loved so much they reordered it. The mains were just as good, and I was honestly so relieved it wasn’t one of those places where the atmosphere is amazing but the food doesn’t live up to it. The location is also ideal, especially for guests travelling into Coventry. Being right next to the train station made everything so convenient and stress-free at the end of the evening. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend it for anyone planning a special occasion.

Lovely new hotel, with a great Coventry theme. Rooms are excellent and staff are so helpful. Really great experience and nice on site restaurant. Breakfast was very nice, lovely croissants and coffee.

Very nice hotel and really good value for money especially on the weekend. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked good but did have the breakfast which was lovely. Within a 2 minute walk from the station which was really handy.

The hotel is really clean, modern style, and cosy. The staff was absolutely fantastic, from the front desk to the restaurant and bartenders; everyone was super helpful, smiling, and kind. The hotel location is so convenient, just across the station. The rooms are extra clean. Great breakfast, 100% recommended!

Really nice, well looked after hotel. We had the biggest premium room for 2 nights and it was lovely. Like advertised. Very clean and spacious. Bar also lovely. The only downside was the Sunday staff. Polite but short and impatient. Cut off the guy in front of us whilst he was talking a lot and then did the same to my partner when he called. Only a little complaint so I havent taken a star off but it did bother us and others talking outside. Will probably stay again

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Coventry. The hotel has a stylish, boutique feel with beautifully designed rooms that blend modern comfort with touches of the city’s history. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the train station and close to the cathedral and city centre. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, classy, and convenient stay in Coventry. For my next stay, I would appreciate a better selection of wines—preferably fresher and not stored too long in the fridge. It would also be great if the hotel offered table service, as that would really enhance the overall dining experience.
